Is the Customer Always Right

Consumers always care about their rights. But how about their obligations? Do they have any? On Monday 06/04/15 the members of the English speaking club expressed their points of view on the statement "Is the Customer Always Right?" They expressed their opinion on how good service is important for them, what traits they value in a salesperson and if they have ever complained about bad service.
