Kirovohrad Region Library Directors' Seminar

Library directors of Kirovohrad region got together in Chyzevsky Universal Research Library to discuss further development of library science in the region. The presentation, held by O. Syergyeyeva, informed the participants about the history, resources and activity IRC "Window on America". In addition the participants were proposed:

- review of American libraries;
- information about the librarian unions, associations and their important role in US library system organization;
- a virtual journey to the Library of Congress;
- the presentation of CD "All about Ukraine".

During the seminar the possibilities of more closed partnership and the organization of guest program-presentations IRC were discussed.
