On the 28th of February 2003 Kirovohrad Information Resource Center "Window on America" hosted the photoexhibition "Ukraine through the Eyes of American Peace Corps Volunteer" with the official opening by Carl Beck, Director of American Peace Corps in Ukraine. The collection consisted of 53 photos made by Richard Krause, the Peace Corps Volunteer, who taught business in Rivno during two years. His photos show beauty and variety of Ukraine and Ukrainians, highlight the cooperation between Ukrainians and American Peace Corps Volunteers.

The exhibition was held with support of the Public Affairs Section of the U.S.A. Embassy and Peace Corps in Ukraine.
